tp6问题php think swoole能正常加上start或者其他的命令就报错

PHP版本是7.4 SWOOLE版本是宝塔安装的4.+的我运行
php think swoole能正常但是运行其他的都报这样错误

（ php think swoole start restart都报下面错误是什么问题有没有大神解答下）
